Can't seem to figure out what's going on here. I have a custom announcements module I built. I added the ISearchable interface. When running locally in DNN 5.4 it seems to work fine but when installed on a client's site running 4.9.5 the links in the RSS do not include the querystring parameter. I'm setting the announcement id's in GetSearchItems like this:

DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchItemInfo searchitem =
                    new DotNetNuke.Services.Search.SearchItemInfo(info.Title,
                                                                  info.Summary,
                                                                  DotNetNuke.Entities.Portals.PortalController.GetCurrentPortalSettings().AdministratorId,
                                                                  info.PublishDate,
                                                                  ModInfo.ModuleID,
                                                                  info.AnnouncementId.ToString(),//String.Empty,
                                                                  info.Summary,
                                                                  "anid=" + info.AnnouncementId.ToString());

The last parameter "Guid" contains the querystring ID.

Am I missing something? Thanks.

AFAIK it should work the same, did you clear the search index (http://www.deutschnetnuke.de/AboutDotnetNuke/V3V4TippsTricks/Suchindexlöschen.aspx) and rebuild it?

This has behaved like for as long as I can remember in 4.x, there was an issue logged in Gemini and it was corrected in 5.0 or 5.1
