I have built a child portal and would like to change the name of it.  Is this possible and if so how do I do it?  I have added an alias but that doesn't seem to be working.  Thanks!

You could try adding in another name for it in the portal alias table found under Host/Portals - click the edit portal link, scroll down the bottom and add that name - I'm not sure how that works but give that a try.

I have tried that approach but was unsucessful.  No worries,  I will just create a new child portal with the desired name.

Do you mean the name as in the bit after the /, eg if parent is www.mysite.com and child is www.mysite.com/mychild, you mean how do you change 'mychild'?  Or do you mean the title as in ::admin::site settings:: Title ?
