I upgraded a copy of our homepage to DNN5.5.0.336/532 and noticed that he page hierarchy is stirred after the update

I think this is a serious showstopper, however it is still not confirmed by the QA team. I still haven't got any time to reproduce the issue in a fresh installation. 
If you noticed the same or if you are even able to reproduce the issue on a fresh installation, please step in and add your comments.

Short update: I was able to reproduce the issue with a fresh install/update. The default menu is NOT effected.
