Hello I want to put the same DNN MENU in the skin twice
one above and one at the bottom

so I put the Token [NAV] in HTML To parse But actually I got the error

because the skin parser make Two USerControl Usage with same ID

so how can I achieve that

and Can I prevent the bottom DNN MENU From display the inner menus , I mean I want to display only the main menu without inner pages .
any usefull references

thanks ;)

You can add 2 [NAV] skin objects by using the following tokens in the HTML skin [NAV:1] and [NAV:2] then in your XML file setup the attributes seperately for both menus. Although this sounds like overkill to me as the [LINKS] skin object will show the root links with a seperator between them.

For attributes and a full list of skin tokens there's the following documents:

Skinning Guide: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Support/Doc...

Pre-release DNN5 skin objects doc: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Development...

DNN skinning reference by ThinkofDesign: http://www.thinkofdesign.com/resource...

Hope this helps,

Rick.
