I have just downloaded and installed the Pro version, i cant figure out how to create and design websites in the software, what do i need to do to get started ???

did you follow the installation guide to install it on your web server? another option is using Microsoft web Platform installer, which will take care of all prerequisites, if you have (remote) access to the web server desktop

Yes, completely installed and working. I heard that you where supposed to be able to create and design website from within this software. If i heard correctly then can someone point me in the correct direction?

i went and bought the book - DotNetNuke for Dummies, have a few of these kind of books and they have always helped me in the past. I created a new portal and all going by how the book said to do it, but it does not create any "pages" in the new site, nor can i get it it switch to the other portal so that i can make changes. Am i missing a step somewhere ?
