Hi there,
I have a .bak file of site's database. I have to restore the site on my server. I am able to open the restored site but site settings are not coming up. I am new to dnn so i am wondering if there is anything else that could be needed for the site settings menu. The procedure i am using to restore the site is:
1) Creation of blank site using the blank database
2) Restoring the .bak file on the database.

i bugged around other way also
1) Restored the database
2) Created a site using database

In both the cases, i was getting the site but admin part(site settings menu) is not coming up....
Please help me if anybody is aware of this issue.

you need a copy of all site files as well, otherwise DNN framework, configuration and file based content (images, documents) will be missing.
