Hi,

I am getting You are not authorized to view this page error (401 error) while installing the site. The network service and aspnet permissions have been provided to the unzipped file and required permissions to DB have also been provided. However I am getting the 401 error while accessing the site. Please let me know how to proceed to debug this issue. is any change in Portal alias table required for this?

PS: I am trying to restore an existing site. The DB tables are are populated.

If the DNS has changed, check the PortalAlias table to make sure you have the entry matched with new DNS.
