Hi Ganesh,

This is probably not the best place in the forums for that question, this area deals with the Repository Module.
I would suggest you go to this forum:
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/197/scope/threads/Default.aspx

Which is the new to DNN forum.

For a quick answer, you create the tables in the DNN schema that was created in the install, or you can create a new schema and add a connection string in the Web.config file.

In the form/module you create, you access the tables with normal SQL Server calls and the web.config connection string.

This is a really generic question and therefore a generic answer.  I would suggest you ask the question in the above link with as much detail as you can.

Hope this gets you started.

You can just login to Sql-Server, create a database. Then in Web.config file give that database name with login UserId and password credential.
Or you can setup the database using DNN setup wizard which runs after creating a developement website and press Ctrl + F5.

You can check following link for a complete dnn development website setup with database connectivity:

If you want to add new table to DNN database then you can take reference from existing query present in SqlDataProvider file to create new table and stored procedures.
