I want to use a form and list module on one of my pages that can be used to input information into various text fields on a form as well as upload one or many file attachments (key point) and store the files in remote folders from my main portal root structure.

For instance on my form I might have first, last, address, city and state fields as well as a field to store associated attachments (.docs, pdf, etc.). At the end of the day I want to be able to attach multiple files for this form record and store those files in a remote folder (in a folder on another computer on the network or unc)

Is this possible to do using the form and list module and if so how?

I have the open-document management module and have looked at the DMX however, what I need is the ability to create a database form and store information in the dnn database tables. As part of that operation I need to be able to upload one or many files to either a pre-determined folder or be able to store in database. I know in standard .net web development this is pretty standard procedure. I was hoping that there might be an easy solution int he DNN environment as well. Surely someone besides me has this need and or has found a viable solution?
