Hi!!

I updated my skin by replacing the old folder in Portals/Skin/default with the new one.
When i try to "Parse Skin Package" I get this message "A critical error has occurred.Index was outside the bounds of the array."
and the skin still looks like the old one... need help please!

There is more information needed.  Aren't there more error details?  Try putting the site into debug mode and/or checking the Event Log to get more information for the forum post.

That error is very helpful, but what version of DotNetNuke are you using?
