In a future release of the Wiki module, it would be helpful if the markup was revisited so that it is more flexible when it comes to skinning.

I'd suggest:
  • placing index links in a separate <div> to the four main navigation buttons
  • removing <br> and other structure tags that are used for positioning
  • removing inline styles on elements. These are impossible to override in css.
The same default look and feel can easily be achieved in a module.css class.

Once again, your enhancement request would have a great chance of being included into a future release, if you put it into the issue tracker for the module:
