I have a DotNetNuke Community Edition 5.4.2 site which is accepting user registrations as expected. However I have received 2 New User Registration emails today but the users are not displayed in the User Account list or the Unauthorised account list  and there is nothing in the Log Viewer ??!! How can I authorise these 'hidden' users?

Many Thanks, John

maybe they unregistered themselves or sth like this. You may query the database directly in Host :: SQL by running "select * from users"

Thanks for the suggestion Sebastian, but the users aren't listed in the users table either. I will contact them to see if they deleted themselves.
