I think I have a handle on this but won't be able to look into it fully until later today. The problem is NOT the 05.05.00.SqlDataProvider script but rather the upgrade of the Html module included in the 05.05.00 packages. In prior versions of Html module, the GetHtmlTextUser stored procedure made a reference to the Modules.ModuleTitle column. I'm not sure in your case if the upgrade did not install or if there is a packaging problem with this module.

Here's a test to try: Add any module other than Html to the page and see if you receive the ModuleTitle error.

Question: Which DotNetNuke framework 05.05.00 package did you use to perform the upgrade?

I've used DotNetNuke_Community_05.05.00_Upgrade.zip to upgrade.

My HTML module is version 5.4.3

I cannot add any other module.

I upgraded one install from DNN Pro 5.4.4 to 5.5.0 and another install from DNN Pro 5.3.1 to 5.5.0 and both upgraded installs are also experiencing this 'Module Title' issue.

I am also desperately seeking a solution to this problem, Our project is time sensitive and depends on the new multi-language features of DNN.

This seems to affect both the Community and Pro editions of DNN 5.5.0. It also does not seem to matter which module you are trying the add to the page. (HTML, Survey, Blog)
