Please NOTE!

Forum 04.09.00 is a BETA version !  It is not yet tested on special SQL-Server configurations.  As I have see on your url it looks your domain is on a Plesk hosting.  As I know about Plesk it used a special schema for the database not the dbo. In this szenario the beta version isn't tested yet!   So a check the web.config.file what the databaseOwner is is suggested!

Also please check the permission settings for the folders and files over your Plesk management. I want post later back, after I had run the testings of the Forums on special database configurations.
