Hi,

Does DotNetNuke support any workflows for content and code push? I am looking for adding workflows for moving the site changes from test environment to production using this. Please let me know the version of DNN which supports this and overview of steps to implement this.

Thanks !

content staging between two sites is a new feature of DNN 5.5.0 Enterprise Edition (which costs you around 10K US$ per year and web head). If you want to transfer the whole site, you may simply copy all files and the database simultaneously, after you added the new address as portal alias in Host :: Portals menu item.

Cheers from Germany,

Thanks for the information!

I would also like to know if there is any feature in DNN for setting up the workflows in a particular site. The content needs to be published if approved by the admin/host.

If we give rights to a user to edit the content, publish icon too is displayed with this. Instead, is it possible that the user changes the content but it can be published (made visible to all) once approved by the admin/host.
