Anyone else having difficulty using mobiNuke on the latest DotNetNuke (5.5)?  It installs fine, but once you add the module to a page it is supposed to automatically add itself to all of the pages of the site.  In the module settings, the checkbox is checked that says "display module on all pages" but if I navigate to any other pages, it is not there.  It is only on the single page that I initially added the module to.  I figured maybe I just needed to manually add the module to the other pages, but that totally crashes the page I add it to.  I have used mobiNuke on other DNN versions successfully, so is this maybe something particular to 5.5?

I'm using the latest version 3.0.1.1 to evaluate in 5.5 and it seems fine.
