DNN 5.4.4 - Every time I insert an HTML Module it only appears on Editor mode but not on view mode.  I have looked at every single setting - start date, persmissions, display container, etc... HTML Module Containers that come with basic install do appear and can be copied and appear on new pages but not new ones.  Any ideas?

What did Design, view, and edit mode says? 

Design mode shows you the design of a page without the content.  The view shows you a preview of the site without you can edit anything.  The edit mode is the only mode you can edit a content and you can see the editor on the HTML module.

You can setting up on page settings how you want start if you login.

Desgin and Edit show the container.  View is not showing it.  I have looked at the module both from outside and logged in and nothing shows.  I have developed in DNN for over 3 years and never have seen this occur.  Is anything different on 5.4.4?

UPDATE:  I'm using GoDaddy Hosting.  I uninstalled and installed again.  Created a page, a HTML container and it still does not show - very straight fwd.  The basic HTML container on the community install do show up.

On the top left side there are 3 modes what have you checked?
