DNN5 Source, Visual Studio 2010 and Framework 4.0

MY SETUP
------------------------

1. Windows 7 (Ultimate 64 bit)

2. IIS 7.5
I created a specific Application Pool
Name : "DNN5_AspNet4"
.NET Framework version : v4.0
Managed pipeline mode : Integrated
Load User Profile : True
Identity : ApplicationPoolIdentity

3. My local DNN website
Package : DotNetNuke_Community_05.05.00_Source.zip
I grant "iis apppool\DNN5_AspNet4" modify permissions on the directory

4. database MS-SQL 2005

5. Visual Studio 2010 (x32)

INSTALLATION
------------------------

DNN Installation : perfect (except the well-known problem with Telerik.Web.UI.dll)
When i go to host menu i can see : .NET Framework = 4.0

MY PROBLEM : Visual Studio 2010
------------------------

But when i run Visual Studio (As Administrator) and open DotNetNuke_Community.sln, i have 32 errors (and 71 warnings) on Projet

DotNetNuke.Library (RssHandler.vb, SyndicationHandlerBase.vb and FeedBrowser.vb) in the Erros list Window.

If i go to website project's property pages and select the Build tab, i can see .NET 3.5 as the Target Framework.

If i change .NET 4.0 as the Target Framework for DotNetNuke.Library Project, i get 1563 errors (and 271 warnings) in the Erros list Window.

If i change .NET 4.0 as the Target Framework for all Projets (with a Visual Studio Macro by Scott Dorman :

http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/74805/Visual-Studio-2010-and-Target-Framework-Version.aspx), i get 111 errors (and 107 warnings).

I want to make a WAP module with Target Framework = 4.0
and i want to work on DNN source although I do not want to change the core source code (a priori).
I do not need to rebuild the DNN Library or various provider and HttpModule projects.
Also i planned to uncheck all projects other than mine on the build tab of the solution's property pages.

Is DNN 05.05.00 source compatible with Visual Studio 2010 and Framework 4.0 ?
Should i change something in my setup ?
Is it possible to make a module with Target Framework = 4.0 without rebuild the DNN solution in Visual Studio ?

Thanks.
