I'm in the process  of looking for and purchasing DNN modules to develop a simple online shop based on the requirements posted in P.S. of this message.

What is your opinion - is it possible to developp such an online shop by using just standard and third-party ready to use DNN modules without any custom DNN modules development?
What third-party modules would you recommend based on your experience?
What about custom skin development provided there exists a graphical design?
What are the usual costs and deadlines of such a custom skin development?

P.S. Requirements:

Note:
1. all the listed below modules are requested to support
user interface and online help internationalization using standard for DNN
internationalization approach - resource files(?).
2. it's not necessary on this stage but it would be useful to
know would shopping modules support shopping mall mode - multi-portal DNN site
to have several online shops selling online different customer goods;
3. It's not necessary but it's desirable to have multi-currency support
for product prices and shopping cart items price and total costs. It should
be enough to have only current (no history) rate for all the
defined currencies.

Main Modules/Pages

1. Product List
   1. Paged list based on three level deep product catalog to select
       product categories to be listed;
   2. Displays the image, name, description, category, and price;
   3. Button to view detailed information;
   4. Button to add product to the Shopping Cart.

2. Product Page
    1. Displays detailed information about the product, with a large picture;
    2. Shows products, which are usually bought with the current one;
    3. Displays customers' comments and allows them
        to leave their own comments (using CAPTCHA to filter spam).

3. Shopping Cart
    1. List of products including name, image, category, price, quantity;
    2. Allows to change quantity and to recalculate the total price;
    3. Allows to remove selected product from the Shopping Cart;
    4. Allows to browse to the page of a selected product;
    5. Allows to browse back to the product list to continue shopping.

4. Shopping cart information - display current summary information
    of the shoping cart
 
5. Check-out
    1. Check-out and save an order information made by an anonymous user
        who entered their contact information: name, phone and/or e-mail
        (no online payment);
    2. Check-out and save an order information made by an anonymous user,
        propose user to register login and make discount in that case
        (no online payment);
    3. 8.1 or 8.2 + pay online using one of the online payment systems;     
    4. Send notification e-mail about an order (with ability to use such e-mails templates);

Q2: What are the usual costs to develop an online payment
       system interface within a DNN module?
