While looking through the module today, it seems that each of the items have been assigned weights yet the shipping seems to remain static no matter the amount purchased. Do you have any guesses to what could be the problem? Thanks.

Hi,

There is no 'Shipping Rate' settings in the Store module!? With the official DotNetNuke Store module, shipping rates are managed in the Store Admin module. At the bottom of the Store Info tab, expand 'Shipping Administration' and enter your shipping scale and cost.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hello, There is a Shipping Rate settings under Store module, it is blank with no active settings. I imagine it would be defaulted to FedEx accord to the general Store Setting option. I can create a new setting but it reads that it is unusable on the shopping cart and I can't see any way to attach it. Nor do I see where I can change to set the FexEd shipping perimeters on the site. Thanks

Hi,

Again, the Store module do not have a section labeled 'Shipping Rates'! At the bottom of the Store Admin module, you should found a section named 'Shipping Administration'. Could you confirm?

It seems I have the Catalook Module instead of the main one supported by DNN.
