Hello everyone,

I have the following problem. I have a "Form and List" module installed (DNN 5.04). I also need a rich text column to enable users to upload files. The problem is that if I'm logged in as Admin and try to add a new record I can see/use the rich text box editor (telerik). If i'm not logged in I only see a plain text box (I didn't checked the plain text box combo in colum settings).

I want  all users to be able to use the rich text editor (even anonymous users).

In the "lists" user guide I found "Stores and displays formatted HTML text, presenting the user with a Rich Text editor.
Note, however, that HTML Rich Text editing may be suppressed by control settings or
module security configured outside of the Form and List
." . What is this? I checked the permisions for my page and for the module.

What else must I do?

Thanks

I don't know what is happening to you.
The bolded sentence is reffering to settings regrding the current RTE Provider. For example, the FCK provider allowed a granular control on module, page and site level. However, if you did not touch those settings, it cannot be source of your issue.

I know....It's really weird. Maybe there is a setting somewhere that does not allow anonymous users to use the RichText ? (fileuploader..etc).

If I'm a registered user (admin role or not) I can use the Rich Text control. As anonymous..I can only see plain text box.

File uploading isn't allowed for anymous in DNN, at least if the DNN URL control is used. This was disabled for security reasons since 4.9.0.
