I have a couple of sites with exactly the same problem: on the Blackberry browser the main menu items display vertically instead of horizontal trashing the skin look.  Same sites display OK on iPhone and all other browsers.  Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, I did a mobile skin a few months ago and spent a lot of time on debugging the skin for blackberry.
The simple reason is that the blackberry browser sucks at rendering HTML.
What you could do is inject a CSS file specifically for Blackberry, to overrule the existing CSS with hacks.
This is one of the reasons I developed this: http://dnnskinextensions.codeplex.com...

It allows you to inject browser specific stylesheets.

As an alternative you could use mobi nuke module and create seperate style sheets and navigation just for display on mobiles.
