Hi
We are using DNN 5.4, we have built a site using a demo url and have 3 child portals for the site:

demo.demo.com
demo.demo.com/portal1
demo.demo.com/portal2
demo.demo.com/portal3

We have added the production url as an alias:

domain.com
domain.com/portal1
domain.com/portal2
domain.com/portal3

We have now deleted the demo addresses and only the parent portal can be viewed. The child portals return an error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /brhodgson/BRHodgson.aspx

Can anyone please help with this? Have we not followed a correct procedure in changing the url's?

Many thanks.

did you restart the application to clear the cache? please check source of /portal1/default.aspx, there might be a fixed url included you need to adopt.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
