DotNetNuke 4.9.5 and 5.1 are not renderding properly in the newly released Internet Explorer 9. FCK editor does not render icons and the Windows Live I.D. and OpenID authentication links do not function in DNN 4.9.5. I also had some minor CSS issues with it as well. Let's hope the public doesn't start running IE9 until everything is up to speed here.

If I find any more problems, I will post them here.

FCKEditorProvider still includes an old version, there is a new provider on Codeplex by Watchers.Net, which contains latest version and should work with DNN 4.9.5 as well. Core issies, you should validate against latest version (5.5.0 atm).

I also am using IE9 and can report that FCK editor (toolbar and text box) is not rendering in DNN 5.5. I'm using IE9 to post this message and had to use the "Basic Text Box" to post this message. Do you have the latest FCK editor installed on DNN 5.5? I have a 5.5 site running and everything things seems to render just fine other than FCK editor.
Again, just a heads up as I’m aware that beta software is not supported.

please note, that the default editor in DNN 5.5.0 (and used here) is Telerik Rad Editor. There is an advanced Rad Editor provider available for free download from radeditor.codeplex.com
