You  can create a skin only for home page and remove these from it

<dnn:USER runat="server" id="dnnUSER"  CssClass="user"

<dnn:LOGIN runat="server" id="dnnLOGIN"  CssClass="user" />

to hide register, go to Site Settings and switch registration to "none". Users will need to be added by a site admin. To hide login, you need to remove it from the skin and use the current one only on the "hidden" page (or via URL, adding "?ctl=login").
