I'm having a new problem with my site since upgrading to DNN 5.5 last week.

When I try to create a new page either by copying a page or by going to admin > pages and adding a new page sometimes it works properly, and then sometimes the page name I created appears in the admin tab, but you can't actually navigate to it (it seems it doesn't really exist) because it just defaults back to its parent page.  If you select the new page in the admin tab and then click to edit, it will not take you there either, just back to the parent page.

If I delete the page name from the admin tab, delete from recycling bin sometimes I am able to add it properly right away, sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times to get it to actually create.

Has anyone else seen this?  I couldn't find anything in forum. I also upgraded to Url master 2.1 last week and will post this there as well. This is really slowing my work down and making me crazy!

Thanks! Amy

Amy, it sounds to me like you're running into Caching issues, perhaps exacerbated by URLmaster. I just upgrade a site to 2.1 last night as well, I will test it out.

Thanks.... its so strange. I just tried adding one page and it took 6 tries to get it to work, but then the next page I needed to add worked the first time. Let me know if you find something.

After you add a page try restarting the app/clearing the cache from the Host Settings page.

This works, which is great for my sanity! But not a great long term solution when adding lots of pages. Think DNN is causing or the URL Master? I know Bruce said he'll have a bug release out this week for another issue I was having there.
