I have set the permissions on EVERY folder and still I get the same message. It doesn't even matter what kind of folder I use (secure, standard, database) they all have the permissions set and they all give the same error.

did you specify permissions in Windows file System or DNN file manager?

I have done them in both. The file system has read/write/modify set for the active directory group, IUSR account, aspnet account and the network service account. The DNN file manager has add, copy set for each folder for the security roll that comes from AD. I have setup secure, standard and database folders but they all give the same error. You do not have sufficient permisson to write to folder X.

please check the IIS application pool settings, which account is used for ASP.net and this account need to be granted read/write/modify/delete permission for the DNN installation directory and all subdirectories.

It is using the Network Service account which does have full control over the DNN folder. I set it to propogate to all the subfolders but there is no difference. Though I notice that they can upload to the ROOT folder but only the root folder. Hmmmm?
