.. now all webpages from the old site are 404 (not found). For some reason only ASPX pages are redirected but ASP are not. I haven't found anything related on the internet, if anybody has any suggestion .... i would appreciate it. I have more than 400 pages indexed and i hate to loose all that traffc until google deletes the old ones.

thanks

Not sure from your description exactly what you are asking?  If your old site had pages like "mysite.com/page1.asp", how are you anticipating the redirect to occur?Did you recreate the mapping such the names are the same except for the .aspx extension?  If so, a simple web.config redirect rule should be able to handle this as long as your site is configured to process ASP pages.

DNN handled aspx calls only, but you may configure a 404 page in IIS web site configuration, redirection any missing file access to the default.aspx.
