Hi,

I had a DNN site with an old domain pointing to it that worked fine.

The site needed to change its name so I registered a new domain and got the hosting to point the new domain to the site and scrap the old domain.

The problem I have is that when I go to the new domain there is a redirect that takes it to the old domain... which is no longer pointing to the site so you get an...

"Oops! Internet Explorer could not find..." [old domain name].

What in DNN will be causing this problem?  Is there anything I can hack in the DB to get this working?  Im guessing there is a site setting where you put in the domain but I can't access the admin pages because the old domain no longer points to it.

Thanks,

Phil

in database table portalAlias you need to adjust the domain name.

Make sure you updated the Portal Alias to the new domain name.
