Folks,

I have two subdirectories configured under GoDaddy:

/bruce is set up for subdomain bruce.myfamily.net
/clark is set up for subdomain clark.myfamily.net

Both the links are working properly.

I then installed DNN under /bruce directory. Things are working fine. I could go to bruce.myfamily.net and dotnetnuke page comes up.

Now, from the portal settings, I created a new parent portal for clark.myfamily.com. However, DNN does not copy any files to /clark directory at all. There is not even a default.appx/index.htm file created.

After the portal setup, do we need to manually copy all the files from /bruce to /clark?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Regards,
Peter

DNN uses a single IIS (hosting) web site to handle multiple individual domain sites, make sure, all your subdomains point to the same physical directory, where DNN is installed.
