I'm needing to copy an existing web folder and DB to a new web folder and DB.  I upgraded the old site to the most current version of DNN 4.  I then created a NEW site with the same version.  I now have two DNN sites running the same version. Each has their own web folder and DB.  I then copied over the web folder contents from the source web folder to the target web folder.  (except the web.config)  I then restored the source DB to the target  DB.  I setup a new IIS web site and added the appropiate host headers.  I then create DNS records pointing to the new site.  The new site loads, however, whenever I click on ANY tab I'm taken back to the old url.  How do I change the default URL and how do I disable SSL logins on the new site?

Try looking in the PortalAlias table. For disabling SSL, try the Tabs table, there is a column called IsSecure, which can be set to true or false for each page.
