Hi.
I just installed 5.5.1 on my site, and now I can't add modules.
Please advise.

You did not indicate if this was a fresh install or an upgrade. I suspect that it was an upgrade and that you either currently have or once had but later uninstalled the iFinity URL Master module version 2.0 or earlier. Due to a move in DNN 5.05.00 of the ModuleTitle column from the core Modules table to the TabModules table and URL Master's placement of a trigger which references this column and which fires each time a module is added to a page, the error you are seeing will be thrown preventing modules from being added to the page.

If you are currently using iFinity URL Master module you will need to upgrade it to version 2.01 which corrects this issue. If you are no longer using this module and had deleted it sometime in the past, note that the trigger placed on the Modules table did not get disabled or removed when URL Master was uninstalled. It will be necessary to disable it manually using a tool such as SQL Management Studio.
