It was hosted on another web server. I asked the guys to give all the files hosted there, hoping there would be all the data I wanted.

It's likely that the Database was not using Express and would need to be backed up/restored in order to get access to the data.

If you have all the files, check web.config for the connection string. There you will find out what database you were using.

As of now, thanks a lot guys for all the support, it’s very appreciated.

I’ve got this :
So I believe the database was upload on an external site... that’s new for me, I didn’t know it was possible to connect to a distant database.

I believe the username and password (that I replaced by stars *) will grant me the access on sherweb to the database... I’m crossing my fingers. If I’m doing this wrong guys, replace me on the track. Meanwhile I’m going to the Great Database Hunt on sherweb and will keep you guys informed on what I’ve found there.

Wow, my code won’t even appear up there... This is one of the strangest forums I’ve seen :-\
And the code snippet isn’t compatible on Safari and Firefox on my Mac... okay, so here it goes, that’s what I got so far :

 connectionStrings

    add name="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Data Source=mssql.sherweb.com;Initial Catalog=optigenie;User ID=optiuser1;Password=*********" /

  /connectionStrings
