For a free contact us or feedback module, you may use the core Feedback module v 5.00.02 which requires DotNetNuke version 5.02.03 or later. If you have installed the latest version of DotNetNuke (05.05.01), you may install the Feedback module by navigating to Host-->Extensions then click on "Install Available Extensions", select the Feedback module and click Install Selected Extension. If you are using an earlier version of DotNetNuke, you may download the Feedback module from its CodePlex projects downloads page at http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/relea....

Hi kumar,
You can try our module (Form Builder v2.5 Enterprise Edition) as
demo website here or download trial version here.
Then, you can purchase it from
Snowcovered. Kindly note that we offer another version with payment integration that might be useful for your shopping cart application, check it here.

For contact us, our module allows exporting and importing the forms. So, you can download a
contact us form shared by one of our clients here, and then you can customize it.

If you are looking for single license, you also purchase it from
our page on Snowcovered. Kindly contact us if you would like to purchase source code.

Thanks.

Hi,

It seems that your SMTP Settings are missing. You could specify them by host menu by using Host settings.

Please note that we propose an advanced contact form module on our site and at snowcovered too.
