Skin Resizing Itself

Hi guys

I'm finishing off a site but am having this weird problem with the skin. Actually 2 problems but the first one is that when i load up the site it looks normal click here. But when i try to register as a new user the skin resizes the width and streches it out click here.

Has anyone seen this type of thing before??

Thanks for any help. I've racked my brains out but can't figure it out

Dom,

Have you checked out all the elements using the Firebug plugin for Firefox? It'll let you select all of the elements and see what's going on. Look for tings like fixed widths, or shared CSS classes that are causing issues.

If you can, include a link to the skin in action in your next post, it's easier to examine the issue this way as we can see the underlying code and see what's happening.

Sorry for late reply been so busy with work.

You can grab a copy of the skin at here. It's the dressred.ascx file that it's based on. I'm about to download firebug soon. I'll let u know how it goes.

Thanks for the skin oack link, I've downloaded and will look at it a little later on.

Regarding Firebug, you should look at the element that's causing the issue and then work outwards. i.e. if it's a module, look at the elements of the module, then work out to surrounding divs and see what's causing the skin to stretch.
