Josh,

Since I can't remember, does this module break with ALL DNN 5.x versions, or is it only 5.3.x and later when .NET 3.5 is enabled?  Do you remember?  Also, which specific module version is it that is a problem?

I'm thinking about blogging a warning about this, as this site is literally the 5-6th that I've seen in the past week that has had this same issue.

due to a core change, XML breaks any site, if upgrading w/o upgrading the module first. Please uninstall Chat for the same reason as well.

Thanks for this, it helped me too! Wierd that I got the error after a reinstall from backups (currently at 6.0.1, after installing nearly all point relases), but this fixed it regardless.
