I am trying to upgrade DNN 4.9.5 to 5.5.1 but I have some problems to get my site up. The upgrade was succesful but I can't get my homepage. The message is : can't find the page and sometimes nothing happens. I have no idea what is going wrong. Here is my environment : IIS 6, ASP.net 2 under Windows Server 2003.

Many thanks in advance for your kind help.

I would recommend rolling back to your backup and trying the upgrade again in a test environment so you can fix any issues before upgrading production.

That's what I am doing actually. In your opinion, what does this message mean. It concerns Global.asax file :

Could not load provider DotNetNuke.Services.Url.FriendlyUrl.DNNFriendlyUrlProvider, DotNetNuke.HttpModules.UrlRewrite

Thanks

make sure, you are running .Net 3.5 SP1 (required for DNN 5.2.0 and above, as well as SQL Server 2005 or later)

I proceeded as mentionned above but I got the following message :

Violation de la contrainte UNIQUE KEY 'IX_Version'. Impossible d'insérer une clé en double dans l'objet 'dbo.Version'

It says there is a constraint violation ...: impossible to insert a double key in dbo.version object.

Thanks in advance.
