Is it possible to add JavaScript code in template.html file?

absolutely. I would suggest adding it to the header.html template file, which only gets rendered once.  If you add the javascript to the template.html file it will be rendered multiple time, once for each data item.  You could also put your script in the footer.html template file, or in the module settings page in the header field.

in the folder of the template you are using
templates are stored in one of two places...

templates shipped with the module are stored in /DesktopModules/Repository/Templates

custom templates should be located in /Portals/#/RepositoryTemplates

help me pls. in my header.html file has this js code line var params = query_string1[1].split('&'); but, i can't see correct code, i see in firebug: var params = query_string11.split('&'); ??
