I keep receiving this on one of my DNN sites after upgrading to DNN 5.5.1:

I suspect it has something to do with my skin file, here are my tags in my skin file:

please see this thread - http://local.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/108/threadid/374299/scope/posts/Default.aspx for the most common reason for seeing this (gallery module, asp.net 4.0)

Thanks, I was in denial that I had ever utilized the gallery module.  The old BIN files were lingering in the directly from several years before. 
Surprised the gallery BIN files didn't get deleted after previous uninstall?

they normally do, please check that you have the necessary permissions i.e. modify on the BIN folder.
