Version: DNN 4.8.3

Problem: I am unable to see the editing options for a foot panel on my site. The options are all there, I believe, but show up as a horizontal line of blue or aqua boxes that contain no text. This is making it impossible for my content editors to add links & information to certain areas of the site.

It is not a permissions problem.

History: Everything worked about a week ago, when I had to reinstall a login module. When I was able to get back on the site, everything was in order with the exception of the problem above.

Thanks in advance for any advice/input!

most likely the module broke the css applied to the site, please check for any css file included with the module files and temporarily remove it.
