Hello..  We currently have to manually create a calendar and use the dates in this calendar to link to meeting minutes (PDF) for that particular date.

Is there a way to link a particular date to a file?  So for example, if I click on todays date, the meeting minutes for today would open in a new window and display the PDF.

Thanks.. -Jeff

Hi,

If you want this to be done automatically, no this can' be done. In the end this is an event calendar, and is driven by the creation of events not as a link to a document repository.

You can use the 'Set Event Detail Page Allowed' on an event, which allows you to enter a custom url for the event detail page, which could then be manually set to point to your pdf. But this can't be done automatically.

Cheers
Roger
