Fanis,

the error is quite clear: it means that that file is not part of your installer zip file. If you say it is, there is something fishy going on. You can try creating your install zip manually, and see if that solves your issue

Yes I agree that the error means that the file is not part of the installer.
That's the weird in the situation.

I'll try to recreate it and I hope to find a solution for this issue.
I'll post the solution when I'll find it.

one other thing, you could check wether or not C:\inetpub\vhosts\{path}\httpdocs\Install\Temp\k3jqm1ne\ exists (usually DNN deletes installation temp foldes, unless installation fails.
