My company has decided to pursue a mobile version of our website, one that looks much nicer on iphone/droid than our current site.  As you can imagine scaling the graphics, navigation, don't even want to think about flash... makes things look less than optimal on the mobile device.  I've just started reading about incorporating mobile versions of sites, but I am very new.

Has anyone made a mobile version of their DNN site?  What pitfalls did you run into?  Is there any advice you can send my way before I dive in head first?

Regards,
Mike

Mike

I have read a few blog posts about his here on dotnetnuke.com that should get you started.

Go to Blogs link above and search for "mobile" or click this link: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...

It would be interesting to see what you end up doing as this is also of interest to me.

Good luck!

There's also mobiNuke (link). As far as Flash goes, I'd imagine you'd want to make some exception / replacement for it since you won't be seeing it on the iPhone anytime soon and my experience with Flash on Android has been pretty hit & miss.

Good Luck,
Wells
