Hello,   I´m new in module developing, and i have a existing desktop School System Control, with database in  SQL Server Express.   I need to let access to the exams result for my students.   I had studing Module Development,   But i don´t sure how is the best form to begin this develop.   I aprecciate if anyone can guied me.

You can create another connection string in the web.config and then create your own module (for exam viewing) that uses this new connection string in your data provider.

Thanks por your answer Cris,

My problem is about how develop the module, if with using de traditional module, or using Linq to SQL,  or develop in VS and integrate en DNN, or another solution ?

you may use any of the techniques - classic DAL, DAL+ or Linq2SQL (fastest), see tutorials at dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com.
