I notice that the email at

Host Settings | Basic Settings | Host Email

is not necessarily the same email as the one configured under

Host User Profile | Manage User Credentials

What is the difference?

Thanks
Steve

The host e-mail is the one that is used to send notifications that are sent from the "host".  (Portal creation etc.).

The reason for that and the user account option is that you don't specify a specific "host" user for the installation.

Thanks Mitchel. By the way, based on your blog I got my DNN account from 3Essentials and have been very pleased so far. So thanks for that too. Steve
