Hi,

I installed the new version of Feedback
After a week or so, the guestbook is empty.
Now I get the following error.
Somebody have a suggestion to resolve this?

With regards, Ton

Something has caused one or more of the templates for displaying the Comments/Guestbook to become either missing or corrupt. I would suggest opening the Settings page for the Comments/Guestbook module instance (not that for the main Feedback form) and looking at each of the templates. You can restore the default template by clicking on "Load Default" for each of the 5 template sections: Header Template, Item Template, Alternating Item Template, Separator Template and Footer Template. Since the error is occuring during a REGEX replace of tokens within the template, it may be that there is an invalid token for either a field label { . . . } or field [ . . . ].

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply.
I was attended by a Belgian person (i'am in the Netherlands) who was trying to send a feedback in the guestbook.
First I noticed nothing wrong, because my guestbook was filled and ok.
Then this Belgian person sended my a screenclip with the empty guestbook.
After this I went into the settings and suddenly my guestbook was empty too!
Then i put everything back as I thought it must be and the guestbook came up filled.
I reset the guestbook to the default settings.
Made after this some adjustment into the setting.
Now everything seems to work ok from my side.

The Belgian person sended me an email that he was able to see the content of the guestbook now,
However when he logged in the content disappeared again.

Do you have any idea suggestions?
With regards, Ton Hermes
