Is there anyone out there that would tell me how to edit the content of the pop-up error messaging system within DNN and how to properly re-skin them to match the site?  I am new to this.  thanks.

Could you provide more detail with what you mean? What pop-up error messaging system are you referring to?

Not really something that would do with DNN, looks more to do with however the newsletter signup code works. I'd imagine it would be handled by some Javascript associated with the signup form. There are many third-party solutions for creating forms with validation and some allow you to define the message that displays when validation fails. However, in the image you linked it looks like a run-of-the-mill newsletter signup form.

That being said, to integrate form code into DNN, you will need to make a couple small changes to the HTML since you can't have a FORM inside a FORM ( a DNN site is essentially a large Form to begin with). For those modifications, you can refer to this post by John Mitchell

thank you for your response, Wells. However, I do not think that is the proper fix for the issue I am trying to resolve, seeing as I am getting the same plain jane error messages throughout the site; not just from the newsletter module. Please see http://idealitet.com/dnn/error-message2.jpg please advise… thanks, derek
