This is a bug fix the release.config and development.config files are only shipped with the Source package now

 I am unable to reproduce the error above nor your first error, the "Yellow Screen of Death" with which you opened the thread.

I would suggest to re-install the HTML module. The error you are seeing above is referencing DNNGrid which is only referenced 5 times in the application, HTML Module using 3 of those references.

Ok, I have searched my a*s of but I can't find the HTML module download anywhere.

A link would be much appreciated!

There is no separate HTML module download.
The HTML module is a Core DNN module. It is in the Install package Install\Module path.
