I am using 5.6 and I get the following error when I try to access host>extension tab

It is not 5.6 issue because I have been getting this error since 5.5. Please let me know how I can fix this? Or should I even worry about it? I don't know why I would need to go to that tab, to be honest.

If you want to be able to install modules you need to be able to go there. My guess is you have a module definition error somehow. Do you know if you have custom modules installed?

I can install modules from Module Definition tab.  I am not using any custom modules. My modules are available on snowcovered.
