I am just getting back into Module Dev and created a module for 05.04.01 using the starter kit templates. This is pretty simple and only requires a view control and Settings control. My Settings control has almost no code in it at the moment. However when I navigate to the settings page I receive the below Critical Error: I have set breakpoints everywhere and none of my code seems to be loaded or executed. This also does not occur with other installed modules.  I can not find any cause for this and I hope someone can suggest some paths I can take to track it down.

System.NullReferenceException was unhandled by user code

It sounds like you have specified to add items to the Actions Menu, but didn't return or properly instantiate the menu item(s) in your IActionable method.

I went in and removed the defalut IActionable method and inheritance for the class and still got the error. I even went as far as deleting the module and recreating it to no avail. Any further thoughts?

If it's the same error, then the same module persists. Do you have any persistent application cache?  Are you sure you recompiled?  Could it be another module?

The Dev portal has no modules other than the one I am working on and is basicly a clean install of 05.04.01 with the default modules on the home page deleted.  I deleted the module and recreated it. Rebuilt, rebooted, rebuilt and even changed some code to ensure I knew that the compile actually occured.

I really thought that the IActionable was the issue since the method was calling a resource that was not there. However since I commented it out, the error has not changed at all.
